When followed by a crystal sound bath, the vibrational medicine of sound works in synergy with the cacao, amplifying its effects and guiding us even deeper into a state of surrender. The resonant frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes move through the body like waves, recalibrating the nervous system, clearing stagnant energy, and awakening dormant potential within us. Sharing Prayer + Cacao

Amanda was called to bring community together shortly after arriving to Costa Rica -
Cacao is a plant medicine gifted to us by God, that cares for the heart. When we honour God's creation in this medicine and join in prayer as we share Cacao, it creates a powerful circle where we can shift the frequency of entire communities. Amanda offers this medicine for retreats and for her PEMF therapy clients. Through this sacred work, she holds space for deep connection, self-love + transformation; ensuring the gratitude is always brought back to our Creator, as the cacao continues to flow through us; focusing on intentions through prayer. Amanda proudly shares and offers Organic Cacao from our Land of Costa Rica, allowing others to carry this heart-opening practice into their daily lives and share with loved one back home.

We share cacao together as a heart-opening medicine, guiding us into deep connection to God, ourselves and loved ones. With each sip, we honour our journey, embracing the wisdom of the present moment while inviting in self-love, compassion, and inner expansion.

As an energy medicine practitioner in Costa Rica, Amanda embraces the truth that we are vibrational beings, naturally attuned to the healing frequencies of sound. God created music, frequencies and vibration. Sound is a powerful vibrational medicine that works on a cellular and energetic level, guiding the body into deep states of relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Through the resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, sound waves move through the body, clearing stagnant energy, harmonizing the nervous system, and awakening our innate healing potential. As we surrender to these frequencies, the mind quiets, the body softens, and our energetic channels open, allowing for emotional release, expanded awareness, and profound transformation. Because we are energetic beings, we naturally respond to the high vibrational frequencies of sound, recalibrating our system to a state of coherence, clarity, and deep inner peace.

Attention Retreat Hosts!

Please communicate with Amanda to organize your event to best align with the flow of activities, offerings and energy that will be happening during the retreat.

We can customize the theme of the offerings to align the intentions to flow organically with the theme of the retreat, keeping in mind what the guests may be working on overcoming and achieving. Ensuring the medicine has time to integrate is an important part of the healing process, so it may be perfect to hold a ceremony at the beginning to open the retreat and set the intention before going deep, or right in middle to help process the healing journey up to this point or at the end to close the retreat leaving the guests with closure and tools to continue healing as they return to their lives back home.

Amanda has experience in holding space for the past 3 years, hosting 100's of unique ceremonies for women, men and co-ed;
up to 40 guests for cacao circles and up to 60 for sound. She will work with you to create the perfect experience for your guests ensuring it is uniquely curated surrounding your intention for your guests’ experience and healing.
